This position has a focus in financial and HCM applications. The leader is responsible for supervisory leadership, strategy implementation, and oversight in this area. A significant level of independent thought and action, based on extensive experience and sound judgment, is used to fulfill the position's requirements. The Leader, IT Applications will analyze, propose, oversee the development and implementation of, update and maintain, educate, and report on the effectiveness of strategies, processes, goals, and policies necessary to provide the support of various IT Applications. Management and prioritization of enhancements and day-to-day maintenance are key functions of this position. They will also maintain awareness of current technology and equipment advances through research, training, and participation in industry associations.
