Job Description:
A company is looking for a Residential Solar QA & Operations
Specialist to manage quality assurance and operational tasks
related to solar system installations.
Key Responsibilities:
Evaluate solar systems for milestone review and ensure compliance
with program requirements
Become an expert in the Solar 360 platform and support external
partners through the milestone process
Identify issues and create software tickets for IT support to
facilitate timely resolutions
Required Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent
2 years of work experience, preferably in energy or solar
sectors
Basic skills in Microsoft Office applications
Familiarity with solar shading tools such as Aurora and Eagle View
is a plus
Ability to learn new technology platforms and adapt to changing
environments
