Science in Nursing as a Family Nurse Practitioner or Bachelor's
Degree as a Physician Assistant (PAs in OH must have completed 500
hours of post-graduate physician-supervised experience)1 year of
experience in healthcareActive license, American Association of
Nurse Practitioners (AANP) or American Nurses Credentialing Center
(ANCC) certification and all necessary state credentialsBoard
certified family nurse practitioner (FNP-C); or physician assistant
(PA-C), where eligibleValid driver's licenseAbility to prioritize
and handle multiple projects and responsibilitiesAbility to
maintain a high degree of confidentialityExcellent telephone,

education seminars related to retail and family practiceProvide
coverage for clinics within the region as needed, and as assigned
by the regional managementControl costs at the clinics to meet the
budgeted profitability goalsMaintain a presence in the community
through active membership in local nursing organizations and
through participation in community outreach programsPresent a neat,
well-groomed image, wearing a clean, white lab coat, closed toe
