Ensure regulatory compliance and accurate documentation. Provide leadership and direct care as needed. Support staff development and education. Address complaints and staffing needs.RN, Clinical Nurse Supervisor Qualifications: Current KY RN license; Associate or BSN degree. 2+ years of direct care (supervisory experience preferred).
