Vander Haag's, Inc. has an opportunity to join our growing sales team at our store in Louisville, KY. Vander Haag's is an industry leader in the sale of used, refurbished, and new heavy duty truck and trailer components. Our sales team is at the center of this process, assisting customers with finding the parts they need to get their truck back on the road! Vander Haag's, Inc., was established in 1939. We are a family-owned business with 11 locations around the Midwest. We specialize in custom builds & repairs for the heavy duty truck industry.
Compensation: This position pays an hourly base compensation + uncapped commission. Pay is dependent on experience and commission earnings. Typical annual earnings can range from $65,000 up to $85,000 per year for qualified candidates dependent upon experience level.

  Hours: Day shift hours Monday through Friday, typically 42 1/2 hours per week. No weekends, evenings, or holidays required!
  Duties/Responsibilities: This position will assist customers in person and over the phone. Using our online inventory management system, this role is responsible to help source new and used parts throughout our 11 locations to help get our customers back on the road! This position will also occasionally assist with receiving shipments, inventory control, and prospecting/cold calling potential new customers.
  
  This position requires:
  • Exceptional customer service and organizational skills
  • Basic computer skills
  • Bilingual capabilities (Spanish/English) is a plus, but not required
  • Having some mechanical knowledge is a plus, but not required
