on!Qualifications & ExperienceWhat You'll Do:
- Lead with Passion & Enthusiasm: Be the front-line leader who
inspires, motivates, and develops your team! You'll lead by
example, providing hands-on leadership on the attraction floor
while ensuring excellent guest care, safety, and service
standards.
- Champion Communication & Collaboration: Keep the communication
flowing and collaborate with the leadership team to ensure smooth
operations across all departments. You'll be instrumental in
creating a positive, productive environment for both guests and
team members.
- Drive Excellence in Guest Service: You'll ensure that every
guest's experience is top-notch by leading your team to exceed
expectations. From day-to-day operations to problem-solving and
service recovery, you'll set the bar high for customer
satisfaction.
- Support Team Development & Success: You'll be coaching,
training, and developing team members to reach their full
potential, helping them improve their skills and achieve their
personal and professional goals. Your guidance will be key to a
motivated, high-performing team!
- Innovate & Improve: You're not just managing - you're
constantly looking for ways to improve. From creating staff
incentives to evaluating guest-facing areas, you'll lead the charge

- Leadership Skills: You've got at least two years of experience
supervising teams in a guest-facing environment and know how to
motivate and inspire people to give their best. You're a natural
leader who leads by example and thrives on seeing others
succeed.
- Customer-Centric Attitude: You're passionate about creating
extraordinary experiences for every guest. You know what it takes
to keep the energy high, even in busy, fast-paced situations.
- Energy & Enthusiasm: You bring a positive, can-do attitude to
everything you do. You're not just looking to fill a role - you're

- Mentor & Coach: You're committed to helping others grow,
whether it's through daily coaching, team briefings, or providing
feedback that drives improvement. You know how to empower your team
to be the best!What You'll Need to Succeed:
- Experience: At least two years of supervisory experience in a
busy, customer-focused environment, such as an attraction, retail
outlet, or service industry role.
- People Skills: You know how to build relationships and
communicate effectively with people at all levels.
- Sales & Service Focus: You have a sharp eye for spotting
opportunities to enhance both sales and guest service.
- Flexibility & Adaptability: You're comfortable working a
variety of shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, to
