Job Description:
A company is looking for a Member Advocate who will manage
communications with plan members regarding claims.
Key Responsibilities
Confer with members via telephone and email to address inquiries
related to claims
Contact members to inform them of claim investigation results and
necessary adjustments
Maintain records of member interactions and collaborate with other
departments to resolve issues
Required Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent required
1-2 years of customer service experience required
Insurance knowledge preferred
Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
