Job Description:
A company is looking for an Executive Loan Officer to guide
clients through the mortgage process and help them achieve their
financial goals.
Key Responsibilities
Build and maintain relationships with various professionals to
drive referrals and business development
Consult with clients to analyze their financial situations and
advise on appropriate loan products
Assist clients through the loan process from application to
closing, ensuring excellent client service
Required Qualifications
Experience in mortgage loan origination with a proven track record
of generating referrals
Federal NMLS and state mortgage licenses
Results-driven with the ability to work independently and as part
of a team
3 years of proven success in self-generated mortgage loan
origination (preferred)
Desire to work and grow in an entrepreneurial environment
(preferred)
