retirement planning.Scope:MRI Technologist responsibilities:
- Operate a magnetic resonance scanner to obtain images used by
physicians in the diagnosis and treatments of pathologies.
- Possess thorough knowledge and understanding of the principals
and physics of magnetic resonance imaging.
- Select appropriate imaging techniques and protocols to complete
the exam.
- Receive patients, explain method of examination, and position
patient, perform IV puncture, and administer IV contrast agent when
indicated.
- Independently perform and complete routine examinations.
- Meet the needs of the patient, family and multi-disciplinary
team through effective communication, coordination and
documentation ensuring safety, care, courtesy and efficiency.
- Actively participate in quality initiatives to ensure the
highest level of patient satisfaction, highest level of patient
care and workflow efficiencies.Requirements:
- Associate Degree or equivalent from two-year College or
Technical School; or one year minimum related experience and/or
training, required- Current ARRT (R) or (MR)
- Current BLS certification endorsed by the American Heart
Association, required
- Ability to interact with people of all ages, required- At least
one (1) year of experience as a MRI Technologist, preferredNow that

hourly rate dependent upon experience. $37.46 - $57.80 We care
