Job Description:
This role focuses on ensuring timely and accurate payments of
invoices, managing the Oracle Accounts Payable system, and
collaborating with both IT and business managers to adapt to
changes in products and market data. The position also involves
preparing reports, assisting with audits, and analyzing processes
for efficiencies, while maintaining a proactive and detail-oriented
approach to financial tasks.Client DetailsThe company is a global

to liquidity and providing innovative data solutions. They offer
services in financial and commodities markets, including
interdealer brokering, OTC data provision, and energy and
commodities trading, with a strong focus on enhancing price
discovery and market access.Description- Ensure timely and accurate
processing of recurring payments and commitments- Maintain and
update the accounts payable system in accordance with company
policies and accounting standards- Collaborate with IT and business
teams to address changes and ensure proper invoice handling-
Prepare reports and analyses related to accounts payable using
Excel and other financial tools- Assist with budget forecasting,
annual reporting, and external audit requests- Review and approve
purchase orders and invoices, ensuring correct coding for
liabilities and fixed assetsProfile- Bachelor's Degree in
Accounting or Business a MUST- Knowledge of Oracle Accounting
System PREFERRED- 2-3 years of Accounting or Accounts Payable
experience a MUST- 1-3 years of financial analysis experience-
Strong knowledge of Excel a MUSTJob Offer- Competitive
