• Prepare, administer, and document medications as prescribed by physicians
• Maintain accurate records of medication distribution and resident observations
• Collaborate with healthcare team members to ensure resident care is delivered with compassion and respect
• Participate in ongoing education and training to stay up-to-date on best practices in medication administrationRequirements:
  • Certified License for QMA (Qualified Medication Aide) or CMA (Certified Medication Aide)
  • Experience in long-term care or home care setting preferred
