Job Description:

Are you an organized and tech-savvy professional looking for a fast-paced project? We're seeking an IT Support Specialist to support a large-scale laptop rollout initiative. This is a 6-month project with the possibility of transitioning into other roles within the company. You'll be at the forefront of ensuring a large organization is set up with their devices quickly and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

• Configure and deploy laptops to employees across various departments.
• Provide basic IT support and troubleshooting during the rollout process.
• Track, manage, and document the distribution and setup of devices.
• Collaborate with the IT team to ensure smooth operations and swift issue resolution.
• Assist in training employees on the new hardware as needed.
• Maintain accurate records of inventory and deployment status. Requirements
  
  Who We're Looking For:
  • 1+ year of IT experience, ideally in hardware setup or tech support.
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to handle multiple tasks.
  • Quick learner with the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication skills for interacting with various team members.
