Job Description:

A fast-paced Prep Cook role coordinating multiple orders on demand at Lexington Airport in Kentucky. Prepare food to specifications, communicate with chef, and maintain kitchen cleanliness. No experience required, with opportunities for training and development.
$15.00 - $16.00 / hour, with a comprehensive benefits package including weekly pay, employee assistance program, training opportunities, and employee discounts.

• Prepare food to specifications, following portion sizes, quality standards, and department rules.
  
• Communicate with chef for instructions or training.
  
• Uphold health codes, sanitation regulations, and kitchen safety procedures.
  
• Maintain food, utensils, and equipment in a clean and orderly manner.
  
• Perform opening, closing, and side work duties, and end-of-day inventory.
  
  No experience or diploma required. Ability to read and comprehend prep sheets, use kitchen tools safely, and lift 50 lbs.
  Day shift, evening shift, and 8 hour shift available.
