CHI Living Communities is searching for a compassionate and dedicated RN Assistant Director of Nursing (ADON) to support our mission of providing exceptional care to our residents at Madonna Manor in Villa Hills, KY.   Your Responsibilities:
  As the Assistant Director of Nursing, you will:
  
  • 
    
  • Support Day-to-Day Operations: Assist in the management of nursing services to ensure seamless care delivery and compliance with all Federal, State, and organizational guidelines.
    
  • Enhance Resident Care: Collaborate to create care plans, monitor nursing practices, and address areas of improvement for optimal patient outcomes.
    
  • Supervise Staff: Mentor, evaluate, and support nursing staff, ensuring proper training and adherence to clinical standards.
    
  • Promote Excellence: Drive quality initiatives, participate in performance improvement programs, and represent nursing leadership in committee meetings.
    
  • Foster Family and Resident Relationships: Welcome new residents, communicate with families, and build strong, trust-filled connections.
    
  • Lead by Example: Provide direct nursing care when needed, ensuring a hands-on approach to leadership.
    
    What We're Looking For:
    
    • 
      
    • Education: RN nursing license from an accredited program.
      
    • Licensure: Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Kentucky or a compact or multi-state license.
      
    • Preferred Credentials: Certification in Gerontological Nursing is a plus.
      
    • Experience: Minimum of one year of clinical experience in geriatric nursing; management experience preferred.
      
    • Skills: Strong leadership, organizational, and interpersonal communication abilities.
      
    • CPR Certification: Required and up-to-date.
