We are hiring a Manager of Respiratory Therapy on Nights!

independent, and results-driven Manager of Respiratory Therapy to

Respiratory Therapy will oversee all aspects of respiratory therapy
operations, ensuring high-quality care, compliance with regulatory
standards, and the professional development of the respiratory
therapy team. This role is pivotal in fostering a culture of
collaboration, innovation, and excellence in care delivery.How This
Position Contributes to Our Mission Manage 24/7 respiratory therapy
operations to ensure continuity of care. Oversee recruitment,
training, and development of respiratory therapy staff. Develop and
implement departmental procedures, budgets, and policies to meet
operational needs. Ensure regulatory compliance and adherence to
best practices in respiratory therapy. Collaborate with leadership
to assess and address resident and facility needs. Lead pulmonary
rounds to enhance quality of care and foster a positive work
environment. Drive quality improvement initiatives and introduce
innovative care strategies. Educate and counsel residents and
families on respiratory care needs. Uphold professionalism and
promote a values-driven workplace culture.Schedule Flexible work
schedules to support work-life balance: Choose between 4-day work
weeks (10-hour shifts) or 5-day work weeks (8-hour shifts) on
nights. Monday through Friday schedule. On-call availability as
needed, with flexibility to ensure support both in and out of the
workplace.Manager of Respiratory Skills and Qualifications Active,
unencumbered Respiratory Therapist license in Kentucky. Associates
Degree in Respiratory Therapy required; Bachelors Degree preferred.
A minimum of two years of supervisory experience in a hospital,
long-term care, or related facility preferred. A minimum of five
years of experience as a Respiratory Therapist in a healthcare
setting preferred. BLS certification required. Proficiency in
Microsoft Office suite and a willingness to learn other software as
