TravelNurseSource is working with Cynet Health to find a qualified Neuro RN in Louisville, Kentucky, 40215 Pay Information $2,308 per week About The Position Job Title: Registered Nurse Job Specialty: Progressive Care Unit (PCU) - Neuro and Mixed Acuity Job Duration: 13 weeks Shift: 7:00 PM - 7:00 AM Guaranteed Hours: 36 hours per week Experience: Minimum of 2 years of experience License: Registered Nurse (RN) Certifications: NIH Stroke Scale (NIHSS), Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS), Basic Life Support (BLS) Must-Have: - Team player - Experience with mixed acuity of medical surgical and PCU, Neuro Job Description: - Work in a 298-bed full-service hospital offering a wide range of services including vascular, orthopedic, cardiac, neurological, surgical, rehabilitative, and 24/7 emergency services. - Care for patients in a 32-bed unit with patient ratios of 1-5/1-6. - Utilize standard medical equipment and electronic medical records systems. - Potentially float to another mixed acuity floor as needed. - Comply with the dress code: Galaxy Blue top, Galaxy Blue or Black pants. Avoid sweatshirts, Crocs or shoes with holes, and T-shirts. Jackets should be scrub color or black without writing. - Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure continuity of care for oncology and hematology patients. - Uphold hospital standards for quality care and patient safety.
