Job Details
Shift: 2 week rotation
Week 1 - work in the lab Monday-Friday 07:00a-3:30p
Week 2 - on call daily from Monday at 3:30pm-07:00am the following Monday.
Required: cath lab experience, BLS, ARRT (R), KY license
Two years in general radiology required.

Unit Specific Information
- Work experience in cath lab preferred

Additional Details
- Current BLS card from an acceptable agency required
- Covid vaccine required, provide vaccination card with submission
- Documentation of 2 MMRs at least 28 days apart and/or positive laboratory titer required
-2 Negative TB skin tests required
- Documentation of 2 doses of varicella 4 weeks apart and/or positive laboratory titer required
