Job Title: Cardiac Cath Lab Tech Job Specialty: Cardiac Cath Lab Job Duration: 13 weeks Shift: 07:00 - 19:30 Guaranteed Hours: 36 hours per week Experience: Minimum 2 years as a Cardiac Cath Lab Tech License: KY License or RCIS Certifications: ACLS, BLS, ARRT Must-Have: Experience with McKesson and Cerner Job Description: - Work in an academic medical center specializing in advanced heart care treatment. - Provide comprehensive 24/7 STEMI heart attack care and treatment. - Assist in a facility noted for numerous medical firsts in heart transplants and surgeries. - Support the first trial of adult cardiac stem cells in chronic heart failure. - Participate in a multidisciplinary environment that requires clear, concise communication skills. - Must be detail-oriented with strong troubleshooting capabilities. - Shift includes call requirements of 1-2 weekends during a 6-week schedule and 1-2 days during the week. - Dress code requires hospital-provided scrubs. - Potential to float to EP Lab as required. - Equipment familiarity with GE X-ray systems is necessary. - Engage with a team in a facility with a history of medical innovations and high-standard patient care. - Opportunity to work in a unit with 6 Cath Lab rooms and a 1:1 patient ratio in procedure rooms.
