  • Job Details
  • Shift: 2 week rotation
  • Week 1 - work in the lab Monday-Friday 07:00a-3:30p
  • Week 2 - on call daily from Monday at 3:30pm-07:00am the following Monday.
  • Required: cath lab experience, BLS, ARRT (R), KY license
  • Two years in general radiology required.

      • Schedule Information
      • 2 week rotation
      • Week 1: Monday-Friday 07:00a-3:30p
      • Week 2: On call daily from Monday at 3:30pm-07:00am
        • Unit Specific Information
        • Work experience in cath lab preferred
          • Additional Details
          • Current BLS card from an acceptable agency required
          • Covid vaccine required, provide vaccination card with submission
          • Documentation of 2 MMRs at least 28 days apart and/or positive laboratory titer required
          • 2 Negative TB skin tests required
          • Documentation of 2 doses of varicella 4 weeks apart and/or positive laboratory titer required
