    • RN position in the Medical Intensive Care Unit (MICU)
    • Holiday rotation
    • Weekend rotation, 4 weekends out of 6
    • 3-12 hour shifts 7p-7a
      • Job Requirements
      • Current Indiana RN License
      • BLS Certification
      • ACLS Certification (required for MICU)
        • Schedule Information
        • 3-12 hour shifts from 7 PM to 7 AM
        • Weekend rotation, 4 weekends out of 6
        • Holiday rotation
          • Unit Specific Information
          • Position in the Medical Intensive Care Unit (MICU)
            • Additional Details
            • Upload "Essentials" Form and Post Test. Found in Document Library.
            • COVID-19 Vaccine required
            • Annual Respirator fit test required
            • Flu Vaccine or declination required October 1-May 31
            • Hepatitis B vaccination required
