- Business Development & Sales: Identify and engage prospective
clients, generate leads, and drive revenue by selling Randstad's
staffing solutions.
- Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong
relationships with hiring managers, decision-makers, and key
stakeholders through calls, emails, social media, and in-person
meetings.
- Strategic Partnerships: Understand clients' workforce needs,
present tailored solutions, and negotiate contracts to maximize
business impact.
- Revenue Growth: Meet and exceed sales and financial targets by
securing new accounts and expanding within existing clients.
- Talent Acquisition & Matching: Recruit, interview, and select
top talent to fulfill client staffing needs.
- Market Expertise: Stay ahead of industry trends to position
Randstad as a trusted workforce advisor. What You Bring:
- Sales & Business Development Experience: 1+ years in B2B sales,
staffing, or client-facing roles.
- Industry Knowledge: Background in Finance & Accounting,
Healthcare, or Business Operations is a plus.
- Strong Communication & Negotiation Skills: Ability to influence
and close deals effectively.
- Self-Motivation & Drive: Thrives in a fast-paced, target-driven
environment.
- Tech-Savvy Approach: Comfortable using digital tools, CRM
