V-Soft Consulting is currently hiring for a Project ManagerinLouisville, KY

Summary -

Project Manager will translate business and/or IT needs into projects that are consistent with the requirements of assigned business/IT partners and/or clients.
Provide oversight throughout the life of the project by ensuring time schedules are met and that the final outcome/result meets the client's needs.

Education and Experience - Bachelor's degree or equivalent working experience.
4-6 years of project management/leadership experience with increasing levels of responsibility.
Strong ability to analyze very complex problems and break them down into logical parts and offer options/solutions.
Knowledge of IT Network or Telecommunications infrastructure (low voltage cabling).


Knowledge, Skills and Abilities - Possess Project Management Professional (PMP), Certified Associate in Project.
Management (CAPM) or PMI Agile Certified Practitioner (PMI-ACP) preferred.


WHAT YOU'LL DO:
Job Responsibilities: Providing strong leadership to deliver results.
Navigating the politics and challenges of organizational change.
Effectively creating project transparency through communication and work products/deliverables.
Effectively present information in group settings.
Strong ability to communicate effectively and appropriately on a business, semi-technical or highly technical level as required.
Ability to lead multiple projects with limited or no guidance from other Project Office Team Members.
Ability to translate technical issues into business terminology.
Support annual planning and other strategic planning efforts.
Report and escalate to management as needed.
Manage the relationship with the client and all stakeholders.
Perform risk management to minimize project risks.
