A company is looking for a Senior Manager, People Partner.
Key Responsibilities
Partner with Sales Leadership to create a people agenda that aligns
with business objectives
Advise the organization on addressing people and organizational
needs
Utilize data to influence decisions and develop proactive actions
to support business goals
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree or equivalent
10+ years of experience in a Talent/HR organization
Competence in HR functional areas, particularly employee relations
and change management
Ability to work collaboratively and independently in a fast-paced
environment
Strategic thinker with experience in implementing tactical
solutions
