What You'll Do: As a key member of our sales team, you will:
- Build Relationships: Travel independently to meet with current
and potential clients, establishing strong partnerships across all
levels of an organization.
- Exceed Sales Goals: Achieve and surpass monthly sales quotas
while negotiating and managing multi-year contracts with major
customers.
- Customer-Centric Focus: Act as an ambassador for your
customers, resolving quality issues, addressing complaints, and
coordinating with internal teams to ensure satisfaction.
- Strategize and Plan: Prepare detailed monthly and annual
budgets and forecasts, documenting all data within our software
systems.
- Innovate: Collaborate with product development and
manufacturing teams to create new products tailored to customer
needs.
- Drive Operational Excellence: Work with customer service
representatives to ensure accurate order processing, pricing, and
service. What You Bring to the Table:
- A Bachelor's Degree and 4-6 years of related experience.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel,
PowerPoint, Teams, and Outlook.
- Strong time management, organizational, and multitasking
abilities.
- Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, with
the ability to present confidently at all organizational
levels.
- A proactive mindset with sound judgment and a talent for
problem-solving.
- A self-driven, polished professional demeanor ready to thrive
