Title: HSE Manager
Location: Lexington, KY
Shift: M-F Day shift.
Compensation: $100-$125k + 10% annual bonus

Position Description:
The Health, Safety & Environmental (HSE) Manager ensures that all
required environmental reports are submitted to the appropriate
regulatory agency and provides guidance in developing,
implementing, and documenting required HSE training for site
personnel. They act as a liaison with local, state, and federal
regulatory agencies on matters relating to safety and environmental
regulatory compliance and is a resource for interpretation of OSHA
and EPA regulations. They will be responsible for managing and
maintaining site emergency response programs and business
continuity plans, manage employee health programs and worker's
compensation for the plant, and will also manage site security
programs and initiatives.
