applications. Purpose:Responsible for implementing and managing the
Predictive Maintenance (PdM) Program to support the Kentucky
manufacturing plant. Serves as the Mechanical Engineering subject
matter expert and responsible for the Mechanical Integrity Program
at the Louisville, KY site. Essential Job Functions: Implement and
manage a Predictive Maintenance program including vibration
analysis, infrared, ultrasonic, and oil analysis.Manage the
existing Mechanical Integrity program. Work with maintenance
leaders at all sites to ensure 100% compliance.Manage the corporate
risk insurance program and coordinate audits at all sites.Work with
site maintenance leaders to evaluate MI reports, Fitness for
Service, and repair plans as necessary.Maintain long term Equipment
Asset replacement plan and ensure budget inclusion of major
equipment in MI program.Review and monitor rotating equipment
conditions including vibration data, lube oil results, IR and
Ultrasound data. Utilize critical operating process data to
evaluate equipment health.Manage ZCLP PdM and MI databases.Perform
analysis of equipment histories, maintenance costs and system
failures; develop a refined asset management strategy. Drive the
Site Bad Actor Program and MetricsProvide relevant vibration, oil
analysis, and other PdM data history to support root cause analysis
effortsManage 3rd party MI inspection services Contractors.Support
the Design for Reliability, Maintainability and Inspectability for
new equipment related Projects and equipment designs and ensure all
technical documents and supporting drawings, OEM Manuals and other
support documents are presented at the commissioning of the
Equipment. Ensure new or redesigned equipment is set up in SAP with
Equipment Criticality Prioritization and Asset Strategies developed
for all Critical Assets.Report PdM and MI KPI's for asset
management including cost avoidance, cost savings, PdM monitoring
compliance, and corrective actions in Reliance database.Act as a
resource in identification and correction of potential equipment
problems.Recommend and monitor continuous remote monitoring systems
and applications.Facilitate equipment root cause failure analysis /
pro-active FMECA (RCM)Recommend and implement PM optimization.Lead
Site Spare Parts Strategy based on Equipment Criticalities, lead
times, benefit/cost vs. risk analyses. Integrate use of Reliability
Analytics and Modeling to analyze trends, build models and make
projections for probability of failure and Mechanical Availability.
This role is an onsite position at our Louisville, Kentucy
facility. Job Requirements:A successful candidate will possess the
following qualifications:Bachelor of Science Degree in Mechanical
Engineering Minimum of 10 years' relevant experience in predictive
maintenance of rotating equipment with data analysis and database
management in chemical/petrochemical facility.Minimum of 10 years'
relevant experience in evaluating tank, piping and heat exchanger
condition in accordance with ASME, API or STI standards.Excellent
communication skills, both written and oral. Self-motivated, well
organized, and possess strong interpersonal skills. Willingness to
perform "hands on" field work, including testing and
troubleshooting. Knowledgeable with respect to Microsoft Outlook,
Excel and PowerPoint software programs. Must have excellent time
management skills and be able to multi-task effectively. Ability to
