Job Description:
A company is looking for a Billing Operations Specialist
responsible for billing and reporting to internal and external
customers.
Key Responsibilities
Collaborate with internal teams and external clients to resolve
disputes or discrepancies in billing
Prepare timely and accurate billing for external clients and
document all collections efforts
Reconcile member accounts and maintain low volume in assigned error
queues within the billing system
Required Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent with 3+ years of
billing/collections, accounting, or customer service experience
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field is
acceptable
Experience in preparing billing and managing transaction
records
Ability to research and process refunds as needed
Familiarity with compliance to policies and standards in billing
operations
