Purpose of Role
Successfully execute annual territory sales plan while maintaining
a long-term approach of relationship selling.Represent the company,
products, brand at trade shows and other business events. The
territory for this position will cover the following states; IA,
IL, IN & KY for our School Services Channel.
Key Accountabilities Include
* Ensure individual sale targets are achieved for assigned
territory* Ensure effective use of corporate resources* Deliver
positive channel partner value* Ensure positive customer sales
Primary Responsibilities Include
* Shape and execute territory sales plan; serve as primary contact
for all matters of business, pertaining to the sales, planning, and
marketing for assigned accounts.* Influence and execute the
placement plan for Yamaha products within the assigned territory.*
Report on market insights and competitive conditions and products.*
Assess and recommend training options for channel partners within
territory; provide direct training.* Document territory sales cycle
activity.* Facilitate demand generating events and/or relationships
within the territory.
